Information we collect

We collect the answers you give in our case evaluation form, your name, email address, and phone number, and technical information such as your IP address, browser type, referring page, and marketing campaign parameters.

How we use it

We use your information to evaluate whether your inquiry may match an attorney or legal-services provider in our network, to contact you about your inquiry, to detect fraud and abuse, and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your information with participating attorneys, law firms, and legal-services providers, and with the service providers that help us operate this site (hosting, lead delivery, call routing, consent verification, and analytics). These partners may pay us a fee when we refer your inquiry. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and you may opt out of further contact at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be removed on a call, or emailing us. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of any purchase or service.

Advertising measurement

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). When you visit this site, the Meta Pixel may set first-party cookies and send Meta your IP address, browser type, the page you viewed, and whether you started or completed our form. We also send those same page-view and form-completion events to Meta from our servers through the Meta Conversions API. We use this only to measure and optimize our advertising. We do not send Meta your name, email address, or phone number for advertising purposes. We do not load Meta advertising tags for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. You can control this tracking through your browser cookie settings and through your Meta ad preferences, and browser signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored where they apply.

We use the same kind of measurement tags from TikTok, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), and our attribution provider AnyTrack. These tags may set first-party cookies and receive your IP address, browser type, the page you viewed, and whether you started or completed our form, including a copy sent from our servers so the same action is not counted twice. They are used only to measure and optimize our advertising, they are not loaded for visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and we do not send them your name, email address, or phone number for advertising purposes.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose about you, the right to request deletion or correction of that information, and the right to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not knowingly collect or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise a California right, or to opt out of sharing for advertising purposes, email us at the contact address published on this site with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as an opt-out request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request.

Security and retention

Your information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with access controls. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
